- Qualifications include RN licensure in New Mexico, with a BSN preferred, and BLS certification; national certification is a plus.
- Requires strong clinical, leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in team facilitation and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Must have at least 5 years of behavioral health clinical experience and 2 years in management.
- Reports to the Director, Med-Surg, and BHS, working in a clean, ventilated environment with flexible hours and the ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies.
