Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing, strategic Hiring Manager to lead hiring efforts for a dynamic, fast-paced outbound sales organization supporting B2C and B2B campaigns, client acquisition and client retention programs, including inbound and outbound customer service. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in hiring top-tier sales and service talent, thrives in high-volume environments, and ensures new hires are both performance-ready and culturally aligned. This role is central to scaling operations and maintaining quality standards across multiple programs.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all hiring activities across B2C, B2B, appointment setting, and inbound customer service campaigns.
  • Develop and execute hiring strategies that align with business goals, staffing forecasts, and campaign-specific objectives.
  • Partner closely with Recruiting, HR, and Training teams to ensure a seamless hiring-to-ramp experience.
  • Identify and attract high-potential sales and customer service talent who fit our fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
  • Conduct structured interviews, behavioral assessments, and skill evaluations to ensure quality hiring decisions.
  • Monitor candidate attrition, team quota attainment, and hiring conversion rates to ensure timely staffing.
  • Ensure hiring processes meet compliance, diversity, and organizational standards.
  • Provide guidance to recruiters and interviewers on role expectations and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives by anticipating attrition, business growth, and new program launches.
  • Maintain focus on hiring quality while managing high-volume demands.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or hiring, preferably in a call center, BPO, or sales-driven environment.
  • Proven experience hiring for outbound sales (B2C/B2B), customer service, or appointment setting roles.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Recruiting, Operations, Training).
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Comfortable in a metrics-driven culture; adept at managing KPIs like time-to-fill and hiring quality.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • BPO, contact center, or high-growth staffing experience.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), hiring compliance, and volume recruiting strategies.
  • Experience scaling teams across multiple sales programs or client accounts

Education And Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
