Preference for candidates with computer support experience
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Roles are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Responsibilities
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically
- Accurately identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues
- User account administration including rights, permissions and systems groups
- Manage build of PC setup and deployment of new PCs and printers
- Support computers, laptops, tablets, smart phones and applications
- Assist with onboarding of new users
- Remains current with system information, changes, and updates
- Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office, networking, and iOS
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (written / verbal)
- Ability to be organized, detailed, and multi-task
- Excellent analytical skills; superior problem-solving skills with hardware and software issues
