We are looking for a Product Administrator. As a member of the SWARCO McCain family, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative, costing, and operational functions in the Signs department. This position will help ensure that the Signs department delivers high quality customer service and support to both current and prospective customers. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, maintaining accurate product and pricing data, supporting sales activities, and tracking costs to support effective budgeting and quoting. The role also serves as a liaison between engineering, production, sales, and field technicians. A strong focus will be placed on providing timely and appropriate responses to customer inquiries – both internal and external, while staying informed on industry trends, technologies and best practices.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, maintaining accurate product and pricing data, supporting sales activities, and tracking costs to support effective budgeting and quoting. The role also serves as a liaison between engineering, production, sales, and field technicians. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist the Sign Product Manager with daily operational activities.
- Support the development and coordination of monthly project reports.
- Facilitate and coordinate customer meetings and activities.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the execution of projects.
- Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with others within the department and other departments as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of administrative service experience.
- Engineering background a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.
- Must be adaptable and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and customers in a professional manner.
- No unusual physical requirements. Requires no heavy lifting and nearly all work is performed in a comfortable indoor facility.
- Occasional – Routine deadlines; usually sufficient lead time; variance in work volume seasonal and predictable; priorities can be anticipated; some interruptions are present; involves occasional exposure to demands and pressures from persons other than immediate supervisor.
- Job frequently requires sitting and handling objects with hands.
- Job occasionally requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
