RN responsible for delivering safe, reliable patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, focusing on patients undergoing Endoscopic and Pulmonary procedures.
- Provides individualized care by collaborating with the healthcare team and utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Performs comprehensive assessments, develops and executes care plans, administers medications, and monitors patient outcomes.
- Provides patient and family education tailored to their needs, ensuring safety and understanding of procedures and care goals.
- Acts as a resource and mentor to new staff, participates in professional development, and contributes to quality improvement activities.
- Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN license, BLS certification, and proficiency in nursing procedures and EMR use.
