- Requires RN licensure in New Mexico, with BSN preferred, and certifications like BLS; national certification is a plus.
- Must have strong clinical, leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in team collaboration and working with physicians.
- Minimum 5 years of women’s services or Pediatrics clinical experience and 2 years of progressive management experience.
- Reports to the Chief Nurse Executive, working in a clean, ventilated environment, with flexibility for emergencies and stressful situations.
