The experienced Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex patient care while managing long-term goals.
- Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient needs in line with ANA standards.
- Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs and administers medications/treatments per protocol, monitoring effects.
- Documents patient information accurately and educates patients, families, and caregivers.
- Meets competency expectations, attends orientation, and completes required certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
- Requires a BSN (preferred), 1+ year of relevant experience, RN license, and certifications within specified grace periods.
- Work schedule varies; full-time position.
