The Nurse provides independent, competent care in a clinical setting, handling routine and complex patient needs while developing contingency management skills.
- Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care per nursing standards, addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
- Administers medications and treatments using protocols, monitors effects, documents care, and educates patients and families.
- Meets competency expectations, completes onboarding, and maintains annual certifications like BLS and ACLS.
- Requires a BSN (preferred), 1+ year in relevant specialty (or new graduate), and current RN license with certifications within specified timeframes.
- Work schedule is from 7PM to 7AM, full-time position.
