*RN, Registered Nurse - Nurse Residency Summer 2025

Summary: The experienced Nurse, working in a similar clinical setting, practices independently, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term goals. They demonstrate clinical competence, delegate appropriately, and continue developing their skills in handling contingencies.

• Responsibilities include delivering nursing care based on the nursing process, addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications, monitoring effects, documenting care, assessing learning needs, and providing patient and family education.
• Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred, with at least 1 year of related experience. Must hold an RN license and BLS certification. Additional certifications like NRP and STABLE are required within specified timeframes. Newly hired RNs attend orientation and complete competency validations. Perinatal experience and certifications are preferred.
• Work Schedule: 7PM - 7AM, full-time position.
