We are seeking an LPN Unit Manager to lead nursing services in a fast-paced, active care setting focused on delivering thoughtful, timely resident care.
- Must have an accredited nursing degree and at least 2 years of direct care experience in long-term, restorative, or geriatric care. Management experience is preferred but not required.
- Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, addressing staff grievances, and maintaining adequate supplies.
- Benefits include daily pay, health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k), PTO, referral bonuses, and pay up to $38/hour based on experience and shift.
- Full-time role with supplemental pay opportunities, requiring in-person work in Cambridge, MD. Must have a current LPN license and at least 1 year of long-term care experience.
