What You Will Do
Since we first opened on January 21, 1985, Muckleshoot Bingo has helped the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe launch a period of economic prosperity. We have grown from our humble beginnings as a small bingo tent located where our sister property Muckleshoot Casino now stands, into a state-of-the-art 55,000 square foot entertainment space, boasting two floors with over 1,000 bingo seats and over 500 of the hottest Vegas-style slot machines, and annually employ over 200 people from across the greater Auburn area.

What You Will Do
- Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this department including hiring, training, career development; planning, assigning, and reviewing work performance; preparing work schedules and approving department payroll, maintaining employee department files; addressing complaints and resolving issues from department employees.
- Facilitates monthly department meetings to inform staff of updates, changes and/or problematic situations through regular and ongoing communication.
- Creates annual Inventory departmental budget. Develops quarterly financial plans for improvement and/or growth, prepares and adheres to the annual income and expense budget for the Inventory department, reviews, and reports on monthly P&L.
- Maintains an efficient and organized electronic and paper filing system.
- Approves the purchase of inventory-related supplies, equipment, or technology.
- Manages the receiving and shipping functions using guidelines and procedures for the MIB facility.
- Manages the issuance of employee lockers and oversees the issuance of uniforms for all MIB employees.
- Manages the regulation, control and security of bingo-related assets and operations.
- Prepares and manages employees in the timely ordering, receiving, and storage of bingo paper for future sales.
- Manages employees in the creating and issuing of all bingo paper to Live Bingo Clerks prior to each session and then enters paper issues into Bingo Management System (BMS) software to support Inventory Control and Report System.
- Verifies and supervises employees in the verification of unsold bingo paper and prepares paperwork documenting paper bingo returns, by product, for forwarding to the Accounting Department.
- Responsible for maintaining updated Internal Controls and departmental procedures to ensure all Tribal Minimum Internal Control Standards are met.
- Responsible for Inventory Department audits in accordance with Tribal Gaming Regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A.A .or A.S. degree in business, finance, accounting, logistics or related field preferred.; related on the job experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement.
- At least five (5) years of experience in department level management required.
- At least two (2) years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, inventory, or record keeping systems.
