Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers in target industries.
- Follow-Up: Build and nurture relationships with leads, moving them through the sales pipeline.
- Technical Pitches: Deliver compelling presentations and demos tailored to customer needs.
- Proposal Writing: Develop detailed, customized proposals that address customer challenges and highlight ROI.
- Collaboration: Partner with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Market Insights: Provide feedback to improve products and refine sales strategies.
- 2-5 years experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in lab automation, life sciences, or biotech
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable managing the full sales cycle, from first outreach to closing
- Highly organized and proactive - able to work independently and manage multiple prospects
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Familiarity with lab workflows and common devices (plate handlers, pipettors, sealers, etc.) is a big plus
