Seeking an experienced Respiratory Care Supervisor for night shifts with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
- Requires 3, 12-hour shifts plus administrative hours to complete a 40-hour week.
- Develops and updates respiratory care policies, manages department operations, and leads special projects.
- Supervises staff, provides direct feedback, and oversees work assignments.
- Coordinates staff training, in-service programs, and participates in leadership meetings.
- Acts as a clinical consultant, evaluates new equipment, and stays current with field developments.
- Qualifications include 5+ years of experience, RRT licensure, and ACLS certification; Bachelor's degree preferred.
