Lee Health is seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Operations Surgical and Medical Specialties to lead and shape the future of specialty care across our expansive Lee Physician Group (LPG) network. This is a critical executive role focused on advancing strategic goals, operational excellence, and exceptional patient outcomes in partnership with senior physician and nursing leadership.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, Lee Physician Group & Ambulatory Care, the Vice President will provide leadership and direction for multiple specialty divisions, including:

Education: Masters degree required. A masters degree in business or health administration is strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of ten years previous experience in a medical group senior management role within an integrated system.

License: N/A
Other: Knowledge of current approaches to the delivery of medical and surgical care. Ability to participate in developing and implementing organizational strategies to improve the delivery of patient care. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic Leadership: Drive innovation, growth, and alignment with system-wide goals in specialty care delivery.
- Operational Excellence: Lead the daily operations of assigned divisions to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and financial sustainability.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with physicians, nurses, and system leaders to evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies and progressive care models.
- Quality and Safety: Champion clinical excellence, patient safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Patient-Centered Focus: Ensure that care delivery meets the highest standards of quality, access, and experience.
- Fiscal Accountability: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance metrics for assigned service lines.
