The E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately and carefully processing orders, ensuring flawless packaging, and timely shipment to customers. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a gentle touch when handling delicate items, and a commitment to delivering a premium unboxing experience.

The E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately and carefully processing orders, ensuring flawless packaging, and timely shipment to customers. Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Pick, pack and ship customers customer orders from inventory with extreme care, verifying product SKUs and other details needed.
- Packaging: Expertly wrap items while ensuring a pristine presentation.
- Shipping: Ensure all parcels are dispatched on time using the correct courier services and tracking methods, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Prior experience in picking, packing and shipping.
- Experience in e-commerce highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to details and accuracy.
- Shipping software (ShipStation, Easyship) is a plus!
- Basic computer skills for order processing and label printing.
- Ability to work in a secure, small-item environment (no heavy lifting).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- M-F, weekends as needed.
- 8 hr shift.
- 401(k).
