This role supports the Early Supports team in providing occupational therapy to children aged birth to 3 with neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Responsibilities include assessing motor skills, developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting evaluations, educating families, and coordinating with community services.
- The position involves site visits, interdisciplinary collaboration, supervision of student therapists, and participation in family and case management meetings.
- Qualifications include a B.S. in Occupational Therapy (Masterâ€s or Doctorate preferred), valid Washington State OT license, CPR/First Aid certification, and experience working with diverse populations.
- Preferred skills include neurodevelopmental treatment training and infant feeding experience.
- Candidates must pass background checks, maintain confidentiality, and meet immunization requirements, including COVID-19 and MMR vaccines.
