Income Potential:

Wages include Base Salary of $6,000 per month. This position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Job Duties:

  • Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Motivation: Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Recruiting and Hiring: Identify, recruit, and hire qualified sales representatives.


Performance Management: Set sales goals and quotas, monitor performance, and provide feedback to sales representatives.

  • Training: Develop and deliver ongoing training programs to improve sales skills and knowledge.
  • Coaching: Coach sales representatives to improve their performance and develop their skills.
  • Performance Review: Conduct regular performance reviews with sales representatives.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts or issues within the sales team.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute a sales plan that aligns with the company's overall business objective.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and sales volume growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and track progress towards sales targets.
  • Negotiation: Structure and Negotiate sales deals with customers.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of potential customers and sales opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to achieve sales goals.
  • Policy and Procedure Compliance: Actively support overall company policies and procedures and ensure that the sales team adheres to our company's philosophy of conducting business.


General Expectations:

  • Leading and motivating our Sales team to achieve sales targets for both sales volume and gross profit generation.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Hiring and training/coaching Sales team.
  • Managing sales operations to drive revenue and sales volume growth.
  • Devote himself/herself to ensuring satisfaction to customers.
  • Determine management production and quality requirements by asking questions and listening.
  • Attend company meetings as required.
  • Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned projects, business requirements, or customer requests.
  • Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
  • Understand the terminology of the business and keep abreast of the changes in products and services we offer to our customers.
  • Know, understand, and follow the federal, state, and local requirements which govern the company’s business.
  • Follow lawful directions from supervisors.
  • Understand and follow work rules and procedures.
  • Participate in performance management.
  • Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale.
  • Uphold the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
  • Work evenings, weekends, and holiday work schedules as required/planned.
  • 2-Years or more of automotive Sales Manager experience.
