- Building and maintaining partnerships with employers, industry leaders, and local organizations.
- Promote Goodwill’s workforce programs and services through strategic outreach and marketing.
- Leverage data and insights to drive engagement, identify trends, and measure program success.
- Working with internal teams to align employer needs with job seeker preparation and support.
- Represent Goodwill at events, job fairs and networking functions.
