New Home Construction Assistant

Looking for new employee to join our construction team with an established, respected new homebuilder and land developer in Wichita. 25-40 hours per week, pay raises and annual bonus program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean up construction sites.
• Load, move, and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Utilize an assortment of hand tools, power tools, and other necessary equipment.
• Other duties as assigned possibly including sheetrock repair, trim, and paint touchup.
• Follow instructions efficiently and effectively.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Prompt and reliable.
  
  

Qualifications

• Construction/handyman experience preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated capable of staying focused on assigned tasks.
• Adapts to changing plans due to weather or priority shift, etc.
• Skilled in time management, following directions, and willing learner/listener.
• Able to lift 25+ pounds.
• Able to work in a variety of weather and enjoys working outside.
• Supplies necessary work documents and credentials.
• Valid Drivers license.
