As our Dean of Enrollment, you'll craft the gateway experience for discerning families seeking a bold, evidence-based alternative to conventional education. What You Will Be Doing

  • Orchestrate the Definitive Admissions Experience: Become the authoritative voice of 2-Hour Learning, personally guiding prospective families through a seamless, strategic application journey that showcases our distinctive value proposition.
  • Deliver Compelling Institutional Narratives: Design and conduct tours, open houses, and information sessions that vividly demonstrate how our model enables students to learn twice as efficiently while developing essential life competencies.
  • Transform Analytics into Strategic Advantage: Leverage HubSpot and SIS data to identify enrollment patterns, optimize conversion points, and provide leadership with actionable intelligence that drives institutional growth.
  • Engineer Precision Systems: Maintain and refine comprehensive admissions documentation and standard operating procedures that ensure exceptional consistency and clarity across all prospect interactions.
  • Cultivate High-Value Relationships: Engage prospective families with sophisticated empathy and strategic insight, creating enrollment experiences that resonate with their educational priorities and concerns.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Managing Institutional Red Tape: You'll operate with decisive autonomy, implementing improvements to the admissions experience without navigating layers of committee approvals.
  • Overseeing Administrative Personnel: This role focuses on your direct leadership of the admissions process, not on managing subordinate staff.
  • Delivering Generic Presentations: Every family interaction will be strategically tailored to address specific needs and concerns, not delivered from standardized templates.
  • Perpetuating Legacy Methodologies: You'll have the mandate to innovate and optimize admissions protocols based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing comprehensive admissions or enrollment systems in selective academic environments, with documented success in enrollment growth metrics.
  • Superior written and verbal communication capabilities demonstrating precision, persuasion, and polish.
  • Commanding executive presence that projects authority, expertise, and inspires confidence in diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational acumen with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across campuses and constituencies while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM and SIS platforms (specifically HubSpot, Veracross) with proven data management excellence.
  • Verified history of delivering premium, client-centered service experiences.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX—or commit to relocation—with availability for up to 20% domestic travel.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Established career in private school admissions, particularly with experience serving high-net-worth clientele.
  • Professional background in strategic sales or marketing with demonstrated excellence in narrative development and relationship cultivation.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
