Travel Nurse (RN) Med/Surg (Medical-Surgical)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Medical-Surgical

Shift: Nights / 6:30p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week (will accept 48 upon request), EOH

Length: 13 weeks

Weekend/Holiday Requirement: 3 weekends out of every 6 week schedule

Requirements

• IN RN License
• Minimum 2 years of strong Med/Surg experience required
• 2 travel assignment required
• Trauma level II experience required
• Skillset: Remote tele, chest tubes, NG/PEG tubes, straight cath/Foleys, ostomies, Heparin drips, blood/blood product administration, tracheostomy are, PCA management
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• NIHSS
• Recent Epic charting experience required

• First to float within skillset
• No local candidates (40 mile radius rule)
• Patient Population: Med/Surg. population - post-surgical, UTI, sepsis, high fall risk, COPD, CHF
• Unit Information: 41 beds. Ratio: Days 1:4-5; NOCs 1:6-7
• Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required -- Subject to change
• Scrubs - No competing health systems or agency logos
