This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and lead a high-performance team of Guides who will deliver Alpha's groundbreaking learning system with measurable excellence
- Engineer comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices for exceptional facilitation, student engagement, and challenge resolution
- Implement a rigorous feedback system that drives continuous improvement in Guide performance and student outcomes
- Personally mentor select student cohorts, demonstrating mastery-level coaching techniques that Guides can observe and replicate
- Creating traditional curriculum—our adaptive technology handles content delivery; your focus is developing exceptional facilitators
- Compromising on excellence—when we set the bar at 100%, your mission is ensuring everyone reaches it
- Conducting passive training sessions—you'll orchestrate dynamic, practice-based development that transforms Guide performance
Train and develop a team of Guides to implement the Alpha system with world-class excellence, ensuring our revolutionary approach delivers transformative outcomes for every student.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field not specified)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning development, coaching, or related field
- Proven track record developing and implementing innovative educational programs or training initiatives
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated success building and motivating high-performance teams
- Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven performance improvement
- Commitment to working on-site in Tampa or West Palm Beach, FL
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
