Enterprise Sales Manager Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

  • Proven track record of navigating K-12 sales complexity with 3+ years of closing high-value deals ($100K+)
  • Established influence network among district leadership in Texas or California
  • Expert knowledge of public education procurement protocols and RFP processes
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining and converting a $10M+ pipeline
  • Self-driven performer with full-cycle sales mastery
  • Advanced proficiency in modern sales tech stack and CRM platforms
  • Strategic location within 2-hour radius of Texas or California
  • Comfort with extensive regional travel (up to 80% of time)
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
