Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining programs on inspection equipment including (Zeiss OGP Smartscope Keyence Starretts Microvu).

Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining programs on inspection equipment including (Zeiss OGP Smartscope Keyence Starretts Microvu).
Key Responsibilities:
- Produces programs for inspection equipment.
- Reads and interprets hard copies and/or computerized drawings and specifications for parts.
- Computes dimensions and tolerances. Uses geometric tolerances and interprets and applies those requirements to the inspection versus tooling.
- Inspects completed components using CMM.
- Troubleshoots quality problems by effectively utilizing process control and corrective actions.
- Conducts gauge R&R studies to demonstrate capabilities of the inspection method.
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of CMM experience.
- 1+ years of programming CMM experience.
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Tech School Desired
- Six Sigma Green Belt
