Date: 4 days ago
City: Flagstaff, AZ
Salary: $50 per hour
Contract type: Full time
If you're an experienced school leader who's burned out by bureaucracy, but still obsessed with making education better, this might be the role you didn't know existed.

Novatio School is transforming school as we know it. With our AI-personalized 2 Hour Learning model, students master core subjects in just two hours a day, leaving more time for family connection, personal interests, and real-world exploration. We're fully virtual, fully accredited, and fully committed to a model that puts families first.

We're looking for an Arizona-based education leader to serve as our public face across the state. You'll build trust with families, host events, guide them through our admissions process, and become their go-to advocate once they enroll. You'll draw on your school leadership experience to help families understand why Novatio is the right choice for their child.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to lead from the front, not behind a desk. If you're ready to use your voice, your credibility, and your passion for personalized learning to drive impact at scale, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Hosting virtual and in-person events that introduce Novatio to prospective families across Arizona.
  • Personally guiding parents through the admissions journey—from interest to enrollment.
  • Serving as the primary liaison for enrolled families, ensuring their questions are answered and concerns addressed.
  • Building lasting relationships with community partners and local influencers to expand awareness and trust.
  • Acting as a visible, persuasive advocate for Novatio's family-first, AI-powered model.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Managing academic operations or overseeing instructional staff.
  • Sticking to scripts or conducting cold outreach; your job is relationship-based, not transactional.
  • Sitting behind a screen all day; this role is active, engaged, and outward-facing.
  • Pushing traditional education talking points; Novatio is proudly non-traditional, and so are you.

  • Skilled in using virtual learning tools, data systems, and digital communication platforms
  • Strong communicator with the ability to present clearly to diverse family and stakeholder audiences
  • Alignment with Novatio's 2 Hour Learning model, AI-driven instruction, and family-first values

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Spanish fluency or cultural competency with Arizona's Latino-Hispanic communities.
