Baby Luc's is a slice shop in Carroll Gardens, our project is a neighborhood pizzeria serving sicilian pies/slices, other menu items, and delicious things to drink.
We are looking for a passionate, reliable Pizza Cook to join or team part-time. Our ideal candidate is skilled in operating Electric Ovens, holds a valid Food Handler's Permit and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume atmosphere.

We are looking for a passionate, reliable Pizza Cook to join or team part-time. Our ideal candidate is skilled in operating Electric Ovens, holds a valid Food Handler's Permit and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume atmosphere.
Primary Duties:
- Operate and maintain an electric pizza oven
- Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas according to our recipes
- Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary working space
- Monitor ingredient levels and assist with restocking
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Support the team with additional prep or duties as needed
Essential
- Experience cooking and making pizza
- Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctuale, dependable, clean
- Exert physical effort in transporting up to 40 pounds.
- Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.
