- Worked on Teamcenter Unified/Teamcenter Engineering with client-server architecture in 2-tier and 4-tier environments in various infrastructure components like Teamcenter server, Active Workspace Client (AWC), Rich client, Thin client (Web), and various CAD Integrations installation and maintenance in both pre-Production and Production servers
- Expert in PLM installation and maintenance, which includes
- Defines and develops technical architecture for the company?s PLM system
- Creates and implements PLM System architecture
- Installing server and clients side components of Teamcenter PLM 13, 14, 2406 et al. (including AWC, T4EA, SCF, TcRA, Dispatchers, and FSC services);
- Works with IT Security function to ensure PLM data have required levels of security and protection of company?s business information
- Performance tuning of the Teamcenter PLM DB and the Application processes
- Experience with ITAR Security requirements as it relates to System environment access in both pre-Production and Production environments
- Experience with hands-on handling of major Teamcenter upgrade projects like from Tc 10 to 11 OR Tc 12 to Tc13 et al
- Experience using DevOps pipelines for deployment and its maintenance
- Experience with developing scripts for automation using perl, python or batch scripting
- Experience with leveraging the new Siemens tools like Deployment Center is preferred
- Lead the effort to fine-tune the performance of different scheduled jobs in the Pre-Prod and Production environments
- Co-ordinate with Development Team to get the required package builds for deployment
- Co-ordinate with Database Team for Teamcenter database configuration and issue resolution
- Co-ordinate with other teams like hardware support team, network team and Linux teams for any application failures or issues
- Manages external vendor engagement and facilitation in collaboration with the team leadership
- Need to be US Citizen, as that is needed per the customer ITAR Access controls
- Utilizes experience with Teamcenter PLM System architecture, implementation and support for core product development processes.
- Windows Server Platform hardware; Operating Systems (including Red Hat Linux Enterprise, SuSe Linux, Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019, and Mac OS X);
- Experience working with cross-functional teams globally facilitating and leading technical and business solutions focused on PLM System performance and reliability
System Administration:
Installing, configuring, and maintaining Teamcenter servers, including Active Workspace, Business Modeller (BMIDE), and other components.
User Management:
Creating, managing, and administering user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Teamcenter.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Investigating and resolving issues reported by users, including problems with workflow, data integrity, and system performance.
Upgrades and Patching:
Planning and executing Teamcenter upgrades, maintenance patches, and new feature deployments.
Integration and Automation:
Working with other IT teams to integrate Teamcenter with other systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and automating tasks using scripting or other tools.
Documentation and Training:
Maintaining accurate documentation for Teamcenter configurations and providing training to users.
Collaboration and Communication:
Working closely with other PLM teams, end-users, and vendors to ensure a smooth and effective Teamcenter environment.
Technical Skills:
Teamcenter Administration:
Deep understanding of Teamcenter's architecture, configuration, and administration tasks. This includes managing users, groups, and permissions, as well as configuring various Teamcenter modules and functionalities.
PLM Processes:
Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) principles and best practices, including configuration management, change management, and data lifecycle management.
Scripting:
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, Java Script) to automate tasks, customize Teamcenter, and extend its functionality.
Integration:
Experience with Teamcenter integrations with other systems, such as CAD software, ERP systems, and other PLM tools.
Troubleshooting:
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Teamcenter and its associated systems.

Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with users, document processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.

Strong analytical skills to monitor system performance, identify trends, and optimize Teamcenter's configuration.

Security Clearance & Citizenship required
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
