As an Administrative Assistant you are responsible for providing administrative support for daily sales center operations. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Administrative and Quality Assurance Departments (Loan Processing) in various ways. This position works closely with the Director to ensure accuracy in the daily, weekly, and monthly procedures. You’ll use your outstanding customer service skills to:
- Review contracts for accuracy and submit to our corporate office daily.
- Answer incoming calls and assist the quality assurance team when needed.
- Process credit applications.
- Participate in department and resort meetings.
- Act as the assistant to the Director with office duties and department functions.
- Actively seek ways to improve and increase the effectiveness of the company through your daily operational support.
- Provide general support to the sales and administrative teams.
- Solve problems with your organizational skills, ability to multi-task and strong administrative skills.

- Have demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent. (College education is preferred)
