Job Summary:
In collaboration with the patient, the patient’s family, and other members of the health care team, the Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, evaluating, planning, implementing, and coordinating a treatment plan and achieving the goals of the nursing department.
Roles & Responsibility:
Under general supervision of the Associate Director of Nursing and in accordance with Physician or Physician extender will provide education and guidance with meal planning, care coordination, nutrition evaluation and recommendation.

Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support
- Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
- State RN License/Compact License
- ACLS (Highly Preferred)
