Director of Ecommerce

Renew Wellness Brands is seeking a seasoned ecommerce leader to build, optimize, and scale its DTC business across digital channels in our Franklin, TN corporate office. This role will own the strategic development and day-to-day execution of the brand’s ecommerce presence, driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and an exceptional online experience. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record in scaling DTC businesses, ideally in the health and wellness space. As a key member of the team, this individual will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage external partners, and foster a high-performing, results-oriented culture.
Essential Functions
- Builds and Optimizes DTC Ecommerce Business- Leads, develops, and executes DTC ecommerce, collaborating internally and externally to ensure alignment and desired outcomes.
- Drives Revenue Growth and Customer Acquisitions- Develops and executes strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and conversion rate targets, leads initiatives for customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization, and monitors performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Enhances Customer Experience- Owns the customer journey, ensuring an exceptional experience by implementing personalization, UX, and content strategies, and leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve website performance and adapt to evolving customers needs.
- Data Analytics and Performance Measurement- Defines KPIs and metrics to measure success and guide decision making, uses analytics tools to track and report on ecommerce performance, identifying areas for improvement, and builds predictive models to forecast revenue and customer needs.
- Team Leadership and Development- Builds and leads a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering collaboration and innovation, manages partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and developers, and cultivates a culture of ownership, proactiveness, and results-driven performance.

A Little About Us
At Renew Wellness Brands, we build ecommerce stores with great subscription options at their core. We exist to provide our subscribers with products that renew and improve their lives, all with a shopping experience that offers convenience and the ability to automatically renew an order. In short, “We exist to renew you!” is our promise to our customers and our team members.
We’re profitable and growing. Renew Wellness Brands started in 1999 as the wildly successful “Magazines.com” where we developed our legendary customer service, expertise at subscriptions, technology, and marketing. Fast forward to the early 2020’s and through multiple natural vitamin and supplement company acquisitions, we pivoted to become the e-commerce company that we are today - now managing multiple brands on a daily basis. We resell products for other brands, and we own proprietary brands sold DTC and via Amazon.

Benefits
- Eligibility to join RWB’s benefit plans the first of the month following a 60 day waiting period. This includes medical, dental, vision, company paid short and long term disability, and group term life insurance with the option to purchase additional coverage.
- Eligibility to participate in RWB’s 401k Plan the first of the quarter following 90 days. The company matches 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% deferred.

Required Education, Credentials, and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or other applicable field.
- 8+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, with a proven track record of managing and scaling brand websites.
- Deep technical knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g., BigCommerce, Shopify) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Expertise in SEO, UX/UI, and digital marketing best practices.
Preferred Education, Credentials, and Experience
- Experience with health, wellness, or consumables is a plus.
Travel
- Up to 10%.
