Job Summary

We are looking for a driven, goal-oriented Front Desk Sales Representative to join our team and take ownership of growing our membership base. In this role, your primary responsibility is to sell memberships by actively engaging prospects, delivering exceptional presentations, and closing sales with confidence and enthusiasm. You’ll be the face of our organization, creating lasting impressions that drive revenue and build a loyal member community.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by proactively reaching out to potential members through phone calls, in-person meetings, emails, and events.
  • Conduct tours and presentations that highlight the value and benefits of membership, tailored to each individual’s needs.
  • Close sales consistently by overcoming objections, building rapport, and clearly communicating membership options and pricing.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to generate new leads through promotions, events, and referral programs.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current with all membership offerings, promotions, and updates.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first contact to post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees.
  • Serve as an expert on Restore products and services.
  • Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness lifestyle.
  • Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued, and recognized for his/her contributions.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales (preferably in memberships, fitness, hospitality, or similar fields).
  • Outgoing, confident, and highly motivated with a hunter mentality.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills — both in-person and over the phone.
  • Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working with sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field a plus.
