Job Summary:

Diagnoses acute or chronic conditions that could result in rapid physiological deterioration or life-threatening instability. Performs emergency medical procedures such as basic cardiac life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and documents data related to patients care.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health, including physical, psychological, and social aspects.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the healthcare team, to address patients' immediate healthcare needs.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols and guidelines.
• Monitoring: Continuously monitor and assess patients' conditions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and interventions.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs, treatment details, and progress notes.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Emergency Response: Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies and critical situations.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
