Diagnoses acute or chronic conditions that could result in rapid physiological deterioration or life-threatening instability. Performs emergency medical procedures such as basic cardiac life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and documents data related to patients care.

Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibility:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health, including physical, psychological, and social aspects.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the healthcare team, to address patients' immediate healthcare needs.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols and guidelines.
- Monitoring: Continuously monitor and assess patients' conditions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and interventions.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs, treatment details, and progress notes.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Emergency Response: Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
