What You’ll Do:
Team Development
- Oversee the growth, profitability, and operational efficiency of the service department.
- Lead highly accountable team meetings.
- Exemplify our core values, mission, and vision to continue company growth.
- Identify and implement solutions to increase market share, customer satisfaction, and tangible results.
- Ensure all Service Technicians receive proper training and ongoing development.
- Work closely with team members and customers during projects, providing coaching and support.
- Coach the team on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, proposing viable solutions to meet client needs.
- On-site solution finding on difficult projects.
- On-site training.
- Customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong leadership skills.
- 3–5 years of HVAC industry experience.
- Familiarity with mechanical HVAC.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in billing, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- A valid driver’s license.

- Compensation: $110,000
