THE ROLE
As a full-time Designer with Credera XD, you will be responsible for designing high-impact digital experiences that meet our users' needs while aligning with business goals for leading Fortune 100 companies across diverse industries. By synthesizing insights and using design thinking methods, you'll create solutions that serve the needs of millions of users worldwide. Analysts, researchers, and developers will be part of a broader team you'll collaborate with to bring concepts to life. Our user-centered approach means you can translate insights from user interviews, usability testing, and research into impactful design strategies and execution.

Hybrid Working Model: Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. We expect team members to spend three days in person, with the freedom to choose the days and times that best suit them, their project, and their teams. You'll collaborate with your project team to balance flexibility with the benefits of in-person connection, delivering outstanding results for our clients. The Why: In-person engagement is essential for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. It fosters trust, encourages learning, and helps us grow as consultants and professionals.
Travel: For our consulting roles, our goal is to minimize travel, and most projects do not require extensive travel. While some projects may involve up to 80% travel for a period, the annual average for team members is typically 10%–30%. We take a personal approach to travel by considering your submitted preferences when assigning roles.

A great candidate:
- Is passionate about user experience and visual design, and is meticulous in their craft.
- Has excellent visual design skills with a strong foundation in the principles of color theory, typography, page layout, and grid systems.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset by continuously staying informed about industry trends, acquiring new skills, and integrating best practices and emerging technologies in UX design.
- Is proficient in creating user-centered designs for responsive web, native apps, and digital products by delivering wireframes, UI designs, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, graphic assets, and prototypes.
- Collaborates with global, cross-functional teams to solve complex experience design challenges by applying design thinking methods, visual and human-centered design principles, ensuring that solutions align with goals and are implemented as intended.
- Optimizes designs based on user feedback, analytics data, accessibility requirements and usability testing.
- Values mentorship and the opportunity to learn from a Career Coach.
- Leans into challenges and sees them as opportunities for growth.
- Maintains design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products.
- Translates complex ideas and concepts into compelling, visually engaging designs that maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Visual Art and Design, Human-Computer Interaction, and/or related field of study
- Impressive portfolio of work that showcases how you develop and create best-in-class solutions.
- Experience working in product design and development sprints
- 1-3 years of experience working in a related field
- Proficient in design thinking methodologies, design-sprint collaboration, and translating user-research insights into actionable design decisions
- Growing understanding and application of ADA compliance design principles
- Basic proficiency in design software, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant AI and prototyping tools
- Basic proficiency in tools like Miro, Confluence, Jira, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Motion graphics and advanced prototyping skills are a plus
