We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team. As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with other human resources professionals to plan and implement staff solutions while also assisting in recruiting and hiring other talented workers!

Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team. As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with other human resources professionals to plan and implement staff solutions while also assisting in recruiting and hiring other talented workers!

Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities
- Determine staffing needs and plan a long-term staffing strategy
- Identify immediate needs, taking proactive action to fill said roles
- Assist in all parts of the hiring process: screening, interviewing, and making an offer
- If necessary, work with recruiting companies
- Assist in new employee onboarding
- Give performance reviews on both new and veteran staff members
- Manage and implement employees’ work schedules
- Help as needed with payroll
- Maintain staffing reports to present to upper management as needed
- Work with human resources to assist with daily job functions as needed
- [2+] years of experience as a Staffing Coordinator or in a similar role
- BA/BS in human resources, business, or related field
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant human resources software
- Must be a team player with strong critical thinking skills
- Working knowledge of staffing best practices
