Description

  • Manage user access, roles, and security settings within Encompass.
  • Oversee system configurations, including milestones, personas, and input forms.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and optimizations.
  • Design, code, test, and document custom solutions using VB.NET or C#.
  • Develop and maintain REST and SOAP-based APIs for seamless system integrations.
  • Create and modify business rules, custom forms, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Customize and integrate TPO Connect to enhance third-party originator interactions.
  • Provide advanced support to end-users, troubleshooting complex issues and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business requirements.
  • Conduct peer code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Encompass Administrator or Developer.
  • Experience with TPO Connect customization and integration.
  • Strong understanding of Encompass LOS functionalities and customization capabilities.
  • Experience developing and maintaining APIs for system integrations.
  • Familiarity with the mortgage industry, including loan origination processes and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Encompass Developer Essentials Certification or Encompass Administrator Certification is a plus.
