About The Role

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our innovative team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of product development—bridging business goals with execution, driving operational excellence, and delivering products that delight our customers.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to shape the future of our offerings. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating impactful products, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Track product and industry trends to identify opportunities.
  • Analyze KPIs and user engagement to inform product decisions.
  • Conduct usability testing, surveys, and user research.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.

Operational Excellence

  • Plan and execute product and feature launches.
  • Maintain clear documentation for internal teams and end-users.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Support UAT and manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.

Partnership Management

  • Act as the primary liaison with external partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication and feedback loops.
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Execute joint roadmaps with internal and external stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with support, compliance, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Communicate updates and product changes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Support strategic initiatives through the full SDLC.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital or e-commerce product management (B2C, financial, or tax industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Heap.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies (SCRUM), road mapping, and user testing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
  • Passion for user experience, documentation, and operational excellence.
