Position Description
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Work Location: OBGYN Maternal Fetal Medicine, Women and Infants Center

Responsible for attainment of goals, setting objectives, assuring plans and policies for established area of responsibility are implemented. Ensures that the services provided within area of responsibility by UAB and University of Alabama Health Services Foundation, P.C. are delivered within established quality and financial standards.
Position Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in health-related field, RN with 5-7 years experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. A positive professional approach also required.
Preferred: Master’s degree preferred. Previous management experience preferred.
License, Certification And/Or Registration
Required: CPR required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Must be flexible, assertive, persuasive, organized and self-motivator. Must be able to: 1) accept constructive criticism, 2) achieve results 3) create “buy in” from employees, 4) comfortable with change, 5) constantly looks for more efficient/effective ways of initiating change and improvement, 6) meets deadlines, 7) promotes positive relationships, 8) skilled in prioritizing.
