We’re looking for a results-driven Back End Developer to help power the infrastructure behind our SkyFi banking app. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on writing clean, efficient code in frameworks like Ruby on Rails or Node.js, loves solving complex data and performance challenges, and understands how scalable, secure backend systems directly impact customer experience and satisfaction.

We’re looking for a results-driven Back End Developer to help power the infrastructure behind our SkyFi banking app. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on writing clean, efficient code in frameworks like Ruby on Rails or Node.js, loves solving complex data and performance challenges, and understands how scalable, secure backend systems directly impact customer experience and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Work on projects to add new features to the SkyFi neobanking product and improve the app experience for our customers.
- Bill payment service.
- New card BIN products.
- Integration of debit-card based account funding.
- Integration with mobile check deposit service provider.
- Integrations to offer modern payment solutions such as FedNow.
- Help build out and improve automation for customer cash back rewards, financial reporting, and risk management.
- Communicate with the VP of Product to set priorities and give progress reports.
- Create visuals for new products in development and in any capacity.
- Define daily tasks and required resources for successful execution of project role.
- Create and maintain a scheduled timeline for bug fixes and updates.
- Support and direct software development team to ensure client satisfaction with payment products.
- Assist in creating materials that communicate features and capabilities to sales department and customer base.
- Perform various test cases on in-development software.
- Institute rigorous testing plans to fully vet new features before pushing to production.

- Any 3rd party bill payment services, merchant processing gateways, credit & debit card networks
