City: Cape Coral, FL
Salary: $100 per hour
Contract type: Full time
Ready to revolutionize education from the front door? At 2 Hour Learning, we've transformed traditional schooling into something extraordinary: students achieve academic mastery in just two hours daily through AI-powered personalized learning, creating space for vital life skills, creativity, and personal development. Our approach isn't just different—it's demonstrably better, with students who excel academically while genuinely enjoying their educational journey.

As our Admissions Manager, you'll craft meaningful connections with families seeking an innovative alternative to conventional education. You'll have the creative freedom to design and implement personalized admissions experiences without the bureaucratic constraints typical in educational institutions. Your direct impact on enrollment will help more students access this transformative educational model.

If you've ever envisioned a more authentic, effective way to connect with families and showcase educational excellence, here's your canvas to bring that vision to life.

What Makes This Opportunity Exceptional

  • Pioneer Educational Innovation: Introduce families to our revolutionary approach where students learn more efficiently without traditional teachers or unnecessary assignments, gaining precious time for real-world skill development.
  • True Autonomy and Influence: Unlike traditional private school positions, you'll have the authority to craft and evolve the admissions journey based on real results and family feedback.
  • Purpose-Driven Impact: Join a team proving that academic excellence and personal fulfillment aren't mutually exclusive in education.

Are you prepared to champion an admissions process that transforms educational futures? We should connect.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Champion the Complete Admissions Journey: Become the trusted guide for prospective families, from initial inquiry through enrollment, ensuring a cohesive and compelling experience at every touchpoint.
  • Craft Compelling Introductions: Design and conduct immersive school tours, engaging open houses, and informative sessions that vividly demonstrate how our unique model delivers twice the learning in half the time.
  • Leverage Analytics for Strategic Growth: Monitor key admissions metrics through HubSpot and SIS, identify patterns, and collaborate with leadership to develop data-informed recruitment strategies.
  • Enhance Operational Excellence: Continuously update admissions resources and standard procedures to maintain exceptional quality and consistency across all family interactions.
  • Cultivate Family Connections: Develop authentic relationships with prospective families, providing personalized guidance that makes their decision journey both informative and memorable.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Wrestling with Red Tape: You'll operate with decision-making authority to implement changes and improvements without navigating complex approval hierarchies.
  • Overseeing Extensive Staff: Your focus will be on personally leading the admissions process rather than managing a large administrative team.
  • Delivering Cookie-Cutter Experiences: You'll create individualized interactions tailored to each family's unique circumstances and concerns, not recite standardized presentations.
  • Maintaining Status Quo Processes: You'll have the freedom to reimagine and refine admissions approaches based on real-world effectiveness and family feedback.
