Arc is here to change that. We're building 100% electric boats from the ground up — quicker, quieter, easier to maintain, and better for the water they ride on. We're not just swapping gas for batteries. We're rethinking every detail on the boat — from propulsion and powertrain to software and ownership model — applying first-principles engineering from aerospace and EVs to deliver a better boating experience.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who's fired up by our mission and ready to build. You'll thrive here if you adapt quickly, take ownership, and care about the details.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with a lean, high-trust team where everyone's work matters.
Core responsibilities
- Designing across a wide range of needs — from paid ads and social posts to web pages and event materials
- Developing Arc's brand identity, including visual systems, tone, and templates that scale
- Creating content in partnership with marketing — everything from digital assets to shoot planning to video briefs
- Collaborating closely with growth, social, and product marketing to bring campaigns to life
- Owning the look and feel of Arc across every customer touchpoint, both physical and digital
- Executing quickly and with high craft — shipping work that's clean, bold, and on-brand
- Experience owning brand creative at a high-growth consumer brand or agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across web, paid media, social, and print
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus for After Effects or motion tools
- Ability to move between high-level brand thinking and hands-on execution
- Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and switching gears — one minute designing, the next directing a shoot
- Experience building brand systems at an early-stage startup or fast-moving consumer brand
- Eye for content — knows what makes a great image, edit, or product shot (and isn't afraid to get hands-on setting it up)
- Passion for design that evokes emotion and drives action
- Experience in EVs, outdoor, luxury, or performance-oriented consumer brands
- Comfortable pushing at a fast but sustainable pace
- Enthusiasm for boating and the water

- Salary between $145,000 - $175,000
