Job Overview

Craft Construction Company LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable AP/Warranty Coordinator to support our construction operations. In this critical role, you'll manage accounts payable processes and track warranty and 558 claims. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and internal departments to ensure all financial transactions and post-construction warranty activities are processed smoothly and on time. Key Responsibilities

  • Process all project-related invoices, including obtaining approvals from Project Managers and Superintendents
  • Manage and enter all overhead and operational invoices into QuickBooks
  • Track and manage warranty and 558 claims for all completed projects
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all post-construction warranty communications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warranty issues and resolutions
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors on warranty response timelines
  • Assist with internal reporting on AP status and warranty issue trends
  • Support administrative tasks related to AP and warranty close-out documentation

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or construction administration preferred
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Knowledge of construction warranty processes and terminology a plus
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and work independently
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
