Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, data, and customer engagement? At American Wheatley, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer success. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our products are positioned, launched, and experienced—both in the market and by our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Champion Safety First: Lead by example with a safety-first mindset in every task and interaction.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive threats to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Strategic Storytelling: Create compelling content—case studies, white papers, webinars, and thought leadership—that elevates our brand and drives engagement.
- Customer Advocacy: Engage directly with customers to gather testimonials, case studies, and feedback that inform product development and marketing.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Collaborate across teams to plan and execute successful product launches, updates, and campaigns.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with high-impact tools—training materials, sales decks, competitive insights, and product collateral.
- Product Strategy: Work closely with product management to align on roadmaps and develop strategies that drive adoption and revenue.
- Lifecycle Management: Use data and benchmarking to guide pricing, budgeting, and product development throughout the product lifecycle.
- Event Marketing: Lead the creation and execution of our presence at customer events and national trade shows—from booth design to customer engagement.
- Utilizing Software: Use various tools to engage with current and prospective customers, including NetSuite, Mailchimp, and Adobe Illustrator.
- And More: Take on additional strategic initiatives as needed to support our growth.
- Proven experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, customer-first approach to problem-solving.
