Your Mission Will Be To

Customer Support Excellence

  • Provide top-notch customer service through email, chat, and voice support
  • Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction

Technical & Order Management

  • Assist customers with order tracking, refunds, and product inquiries
  • Navigate and utilize Shopify, Freshdesk, Aircall, and Shipmonk effectively
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions

Team Collaboration & Efficiency

  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Follow established processes while identifying areas for improvement
  • Maintain reliability and consistency in performance and attendance

Tech Checklist – Gotta Have It!

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support/service
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Freshdesk, Aircall, and Shipmonk
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
