About The Role
As our Human Resources Coordinator, you'll be a key support to the HR team and the wider organization. You'll help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly while also gaining hands-on experience in multiple areas of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and employee engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and is excited to develop as an HR professional.

What You'll Do
- Support HR operations and administration, including maintaining employee records and HR systems
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help administer benefits and respond to employee questions
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company culture efforts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Jump in on special projects and process improvements as needed

Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Human Resource management or equivalent; or 1–2 years of HR experience/administrative support experience in lieu of education
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working independently
- Eager to learn and grow within the HR field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems (Paylocity), is a plus
- Individual is required to sit for an extended period of time, stand, walk, talk and hear, use hands and fingers, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. May also occasionally need to lift or move 0-15 pounds. Specific vision skills for computer usage and written document reading.
