QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President & CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation

of correspondence and reports.

  • Support Vice Presidents and senior leaders with scheduling, meeting logistics, and special projects as assigned.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to executive leadership.
  • Coordinate all Board of Directors' activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, assembling board packets, taking minutes, and maintaining

official records.

  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of board communications and materials.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and communications.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming requests and ensure prompt and effective responses.
  • Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives, including event coordination and administrative planning.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance the efficiency of the executive team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Maintenance of an acceptable CORI and fingerprinting
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Negative drug screen
  • Use of personal vehicle for work purposes
  • Commitment to the philosophy of community inclusion

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive administrative experience, including 2+ years supporting executive-level leadership.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence and documents.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High degree of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit governance or prior experience working with a Board of Directors is strongly preferred.
