QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the President & CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation
- Support Vice Presidents and senior leaders with scheduling, meeting logistics, and special projects as assigned.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to executive leadership.
- Coordinate all Board of Directors' activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, assembling board packets, taking minutes, and maintaining
- Ensure accurate and timely distribution of board communications and materials.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and communications.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming requests and ensure prompt and effective responses.
- Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives, including event coordination and administrative planning.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance the efficiency of the executive team.
- Maintenance of an acceptable CORI and fingerprinting
- Valid Driver’s license
- Negative drug screen
- Use of personal vehicle for work purposes
- Commitment to the philosophy of community inclusion
- Associate's degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive administrative experience, including 2+ years supporting executive-level leadership.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence and documents.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High degree of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with nonprofit governance or prior experience working with a Board of Directors is strongly preferred.
