Role And Responsibilities

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Content Creator to join our small but mighty marketing team. This person will be at the heart of expanding our digital presence through storytelling, video testimonials, podcasts, social campaigns, and virtual events. You'll need to be equally comfortable behind the camera and in front of a content calendar, ideating, producing, editing, and tracking performance across multiple platforms.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who understands the full content marketing lifecycle and can wear multiple hats, from creative producer to campaign analyst, while supporting and collaborating with our Social Media Manager.

  • Content Creation & Storytelling
  • Develop and produce high-quality video content (interviews, testimonials, branded stories, podcasts, webinars).
  • Manage full video production process, pre-production planning, filming, editing, post-production, and publishing.
  • Craft compelling narratives from raw footage, interviews, and project briefs.
  • Design and develop assets for digital and print formats, including newsletters, brochures, landing pages, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the social media manager to create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Repurpose long-form content into snackable posts, stories, and reels.
  • Support influencer and partner collaboration initiatives, including briefing and asset coordination.
  • Assist in planning and executing virtual events, webinars, or live broadcasts.
  • Track and report on content performance and campaign success using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or LinkedIn analytics.
  • Recommend adjustments and optimizations based on performance data.
  • Ensure brand consistency and voice across all content and platforms.

Qualifications And/or Work Experience Requirements

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in content marketing, video production, or digital storytelling.
  • Proficient in creative and audio editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Descript, Canva).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills; able to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Simplecast, Canva, Descript).
  • Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with virtual event production and podcasting is a plus.

Who You Are

  • A heart-centered communicator who leads with empathy, builds trust, and listens actively.
  • A high-integrity executor who follows through and owns projects with accountability.
  • Self-led and dependable, able to prioritize effectively and adapt to shifting needs.
  • Creative and humble, open to feedback and always seeking to improve.
  • Calm under pressure, bringing clarity and structure to complex or fast-moving situations.
  • A detail-oriented doer who takes pride in quality and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
  • A team player with a proactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Background in healthcare or a passion for functional medicine is a strong plus. (preferred)
  • Experience in B2B or cause-based marketing. (preferred)
  • Background in journalism, communications, or documentary storytelling. (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow). (preferred)
