Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage residential remodeling projects from start to finish
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow among carpenters, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Create, manage, and track project timelines, budgets, and material orders
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction
• Conduct job site visits to oversee progress, safety, and quality control
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise and implement effective, timely solutions
• Work with design and estimating teams to ensure build feasibility and adherence to plans
• Maintain project documentation using Contractor Foreman or similar software
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in residential remodeling or construction
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with proven success leading crews and vendors
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, construction documents, and project plans
• Familiarity with project management software (Contractor Foreman preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
