Peak Performers has partnered with a Managed Care Organization to assist in their search for a Trainer 2. In this contract position, you will conduct training and development programs for employees and be responsible for collecting information, conducting research, and creating training materials and programs.

Major duties
- Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
- Collect information, conduct research, and create training materials and programs.
- Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
- Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
- Conduct training for new hires for Population Health utilizing set curriculum.
- Lead and facilitate specific training courses to Clinical and Non-Clinical staff.
- Present information virtually using the Zoom platform with the ability to lead discussions and breakout rooms.
- Monitor class attendance.
- Adhere to the training schedule and troubleshoot needs of the learners.
- Ensure learners are staying on track by verifying completion of e-learnings within the Learning Management System.
- Communicate with other learning & development team members, learners and their people leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training required.
- 2-4 years related experience required using Articulate 360 and other e-learning tools.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, and leadership technique.
- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
- Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Rate: $38.73-$41.80/hour
- Days / Hours: M-F 8am-5:00pm EST
- Contract length: ~6 months
- Remote
