Position Summary
The Mental Health Therapist collaborates with the Mental Health Unit Treatment Team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the treatment plan. Promotes, maintains, and restores patient's well-being through therapeutic interventions with individuals, groups, and families in order to maximize independence, prevent disability and maintain health.

Qualifications
Education
- Master's Degree in behavioral sciences, required
- 3 years clinical experience in the treatment of people with mental and emotional disorders, required
- LCSW: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by Oregon State Board of Licensed Social Workers, preferred
- LMFC: Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor (LMFC) by Oregon Tate Board of Licensed Counselors and Therapists, preferred
- LPC: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by Oregon Tate Board of Licensed Counselors and Therapists, preferred
